Introduction

This session is designed for business owners and those other professionals (accountants and Human Resources professionals) who assist businesses. When an employee asks for an accommodation, sometimes the business may need to take steps to explore whether it is feasible to provide such an accommodation.  Attendees will learn how the duty to “reasonably accommodate” focuses on disabilities and religious beliefs.
