We will first look at the difference between using extrinsic motivators (carrots) vs. intrinsic ones.  We’ll also examine thew Gallup data for high engagement cultures and how we can get each person in the organization to take responsibility for creating the culture.  We will also share a simple structure that shows leaders how to provide the right amount of structure AND freedom to unleash the creative energies of their team.
